Friendly staff, nice rooms, good cleaning, comfy bed, good maid service.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything from our arrival was made to have us had a great stay. Despite our late arrival (2am) because of our flight delayed, the staff still welcome us warmly and brought our luggage in our room. Which was huge, comfortable, brand new,... We used laundry services, taxi services, brealkfast, borrowed towels for the beach: the service was top class for this familial inn. 10 minute walk from the beach, a swimming pool if you prefer, many restaurants around this was really a convenient location.

This hotel is close enough to the beach for a convenient stroll and is also ideally located in the heart of the nightlife. With plenty of restaurants nearby, you won't have to travel far for a delicious meal. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and a comfortable bed, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the large mirror in the room adds a touch of convenience and functionality.

Everything was satisfactory and met my expectations.

The staff were lovely and genuinely cared about helping guests out. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. The room was basic but it was bright and spacious and had air conditioning, tv and a good bathroom. The location of the hotel is good for Kata Beach which is lovely and just a short walk away. The hotel is situated in a quiet street about midway between the resorts of Karon and Kata. There are some restaurants and bars not far from the hotel but the more lively areas of Kata are further away although still within walking distance (approx 20 mins). I would definitely recommend this part of Phuket as it is a good base for the excursions and beaches and is much nicer than the busy Patong area, which however is only about 20 minutes away by scooter.

The path to reach Kata Beach from the area where the hotel is located is quite disgusting. Although only a short distance, the path runs alongside what seems to be an open drain/sewer and the smell is overpowering.

Nice staff, clean room cleaned everyday. Don't expect too early a night as music and the sound of fire crackers go off quite late. Nice restaurant opposite with reasonable prices. Overall very good

The area around the whole kata beach is very touristic with families, didn't suite us as a young couple.

It was clean and in a nice and quiet area but close to everything. Big rooms with good ac. After checking out there was a place to have shower after the beach :)

100 baht fee for using the pool is a bit strange... But it was a great pool :)

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a mini fridge and free wifi. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops, with easy access to the beach. Our stay was affordable and good value for money.

The cleaning schedule was erratic and often disrupted our day. The staff could be noisy early in the morning, which was unpleasant.

It is near Kata main beach by walking 10 min there.Room is pretty big and clean with a fridge,air conditioner and many cups.It is convient to stay here both to beach and to market.The staff speak English well and are really helpful.However,the room seems too big to design well,sometimes I felt it looks not very good.

Great location! Close to nightlife, center, and best beach in the area. Staff was helpful and offered a complimentary novel to read. Hotel facilities, cleanliness and breakfast were all satisfactory.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel advertises as on the beach! Incorrect it's in a beach resort village which is ten minute walk to the quite end of the beach! 15-20 to main resturant and beach enterance! Other than the sore legs this apartment was great! Recommend....

Its a simple, friendly and clean place to stay. They are alway helpfull.
